Wife of Michelin-starred chef Marc Haeberlin, Isabelle Haeberlin has made a name for herself in the world of cooking and gastronomy. She founded the social integration association Épices, which helps vulnerable people return to work, while developing parenting and food education initiatives. It's a real pleasure to go there for lunch, whether in Mulhouse's hypercentre or on the second site, at the Fonderie university, where students are incredibly lucky to be able to eat well for cheap and eat gourmet!
