The OLCA, Office pour la langue et la culture d'Alsace, advises, supports and proposes various cultural actions from the north to the south of Alsace, in the field of regional language and culture. Christiane Simon is the linchpin of the OLCA and is in charge of carrying out, in collaboration with Strasbourg, the mission of experimenting with a global linguistic policy on the territory of Alsace and the Rhine. She is also the relay of the OLCA on the territory of South Alsace for all the actions carried out in favour of the regional language and culture: Alsatian theatre, interventions in schools, bilingual street signs, operation "Ja fer unseri Sproch"...
