Another accommodation in studios (single or double), with average rent, offering many communal facilities. A brand new residence of 152 studios, with a unique character, awarded on university criteria, is intended for master students, doctoral students, engineers or researchers. This new suite has high-quality equipment and allows students with reduced mobility to stay in the studios. Lease times are adaptable to stay. The relatively high rent may decrease depending on the aid provided to the resident. All the accommodations offered by Nails are located on the campus or nearby and easily accessible by tram or bus network. Internet and Intranet connection (UHA network) on request.
