Because the reception of a newcomer and facilitating its installation in its new city is everyone's business, the AVF (Home of French Cities) has a network of 400 offices across the territory. There are no fewer than 10 000 volunteers who are responding to the expectations of these new residents in a city, but everyone can participate in this reception by distributing an FTA or by directing the newcomer to the association. In addition to this pre-reception, the FTA offers activities (outputs, visits, conferences…) that allow to forge links indispensable for successful integration into its new environment. Staying, installing its business, finding a school, different administrative addresses, everything that can facilitate the installation in Mulhouse or in its surroundings is the commitment of the FTA. It is regrettable, however, that in Mullhouse, the association is a little ossified, making more of a club of notables… Association and dusty might need a new breath!
