Established in 1937, the Family General Association (AGF) of Mulhouse is a strong association of its 1200 members and a hundred volunteers whose vocation is to support, help, advise and put all its skills at the service of the Family. His team of employees and volunteers represent families at departmental bodies: Boards of directors of hospitals, Commune Councils of Social Action (CCAS of the Town councils), Éthique Ethics Committee. She is also a member of the Chambre de Consommateurs d'Alsace, the Sitram, the Housing Information Agency (ADIL), the Alsace DRASS, the Departmental Commission to Combat violence against women, etc. Forming part of this association means believing in family values and supporting the structure to defend family policy, but not just because it proposes a set of services. There are more than 27 exchanges organized between families per year (clothing and footwear, flea and house equipment, nurseries, toys) as well as a free social cloakroom and numerous animations (gymnastics, yoga, Scrabble, lotos, patchwork, cookery courses, sewing courses, French, retired workshops or pedestrian outings).
