Born in Mulhouse in 1991, the federation brings together six others, from Bordeaux to Colmar through Belfort and Munster. In Mulhouse, Hiéro is very closely linked to the Site site, which has taken over the following concept: a federation that brings together both artists, spectators and associations, which thus save energies using too often in organising concert, administrative file creation or promotion. For all those who want to start, encourage artists, bring ideas and goodwill, there are many valuable tips here. The venue is also the regional antenna of the Irma (Information and Resources Centre for Contemporary Music) and the Fédurock (National Federation for Rock Rooms).
