Museum located on the Place de la Réunion, tracing the life of Mulhouse through the centuries
Located on the Place de la Réunion, in the town hall, the Historical Museum traces the life of Mulhouse through the centuries. The Historical Museum mainly exhibits the splendid period of the Republic of Mulhouse from the 16th to the 18th century. It houses a room dedicated to the great figures of the industrial epic: Dollfus, Mieg and Koechlin. As for the Grenier d'Abondance, it houses the archaeological room dedicated to prehistory in Upper Alsace. This museum allows you to know the history of the city and to understand what it has become today.

I have a heavy bag as I planned to see this museum on the way to the station at the end of my visit to Mulhouse.
All the other attractions I visited had good facilities but the attitude of staff here (I offered to let them see what was in my bag) left me disappointed and reluctant to recommend to others.
