Shelves stocked with small dishes and salads to eat on the go. Revamped shelves and a less aggressive color code to better present the products and give the impression of being in a luxury grocery store. In Mulhouse, the best-stocked store is the one next to Place Franklin. It may not be the best place for a family's monthly grocery shopping, but it's where everyone goes to tide themselves over, where hardened bachelors come for their ready-made meals, students for their sandwiches, old-timers for their four jars of compote and a cheese... Supermarkets for city folk, secured like a nightclub.
