What an amazing find in Mulhouse! This bakery and pastry offers lots of viennoiseries, cakes, breads, and more. Everything we tried so far has been absolutely delicious! A special mention should go to the Christmas "bûche" with raspberry, chocolate, and biscuit (baked without wheat, a huge plus if you are intolerant to gluten). We will stop there again next time we are in the city!

Au delà de la qualité exceptionnelle des produits, ce qui me plaît chez eux c est le côté passionné et appliqué pour leur travail. Une pâtisserie, un savoir-faire, une vocation....et une grande modestie....continuez comme ça, ça fait plaisir de voir que des gens qui ont encore le goût pour le travail de qualité.

Enfin des croissants et pains au chocolat (pas chocolatine) sans glaçage ! Et leurs cookies noisettes sont parfait, j’en prends pleins à chaque fois. Je recommande.
