Since 1923, the Wittmann & Brand butcher's shop has been an institution that has stood the test of time without losing its authenticity. Facing a lively little square, this artisanal store takes us back to a time when the butcher's trade was almost a noble art. Here, know-how lives on: tender veal raised under the mother's milk, beef from the Territoire de Belfort, and irresistible home-made charcuterie. Wittmann Brand est à la boucherie charcuterie, ce que Mozart ou Bach sont à la musique classique (tant pour les produits proposés à la vente, que pour l'accueil de la clientèle...)

Je met 2 étoiles car belle marchandises , produits alsacien difficiles à trouver en Alsace ..par contre le quartier j étais pas sûr de vouloir m arrêter ????????et vendeuse vraiment pas sympathique sauf pour les habitué apparemment...dommage..plus qu à trouver une autre boucherie Alsacienne pour mes prochains passages..
