Excellent service from the hotel, clean and cozy. I am very dissatisfied with the employees of «Arrow Hotels and resorts LLP». Ne znam zaista kakvi su apartmani, ali sam danas imala priliku da upoznam vlasnika istih, ako sam dobro razumela znacenje reci "ustanite odatle, to su moje lezaljke, imate tamo javnu plazu pa tamo lezite...toliko engleskog valjda znate" i slicne postapalice dobrodoslice. Nacin na koji mi se ova osoba obratila, u prisustvu moje mladje sestre i dva mala deteta, ne zasluzuje da coveka nazovem gospodinom. Zauzeli smo lezaljke koje su namenjene gostima, u zelji da ih naravno platimo jer nema mnogo hlada na plazi u to vreme, a bile su prisutne dve osobe, te je bilo dosta slobodnih lezaljki. Dobili smo tretman kakav u Crnoj Gori nikada nisam iskusila, a letujem u CG skoro 4 decenije zahvaljujuci brojnoj familiji u ovoj zemlji. Nije problem u tome sto nam je receno da napustimo lezaljke, vec u tome na koji nacin je receno. Niste Vi za ugostiteljstvo, eventualno za upravu groblja ili zatvora.
Srdacan pozdrav iz baste restorana Grahovac, gde bi mogli da dodjete na kraci kurs kako se postupa sa ljudima, bez obzira da li su Vasi gosti ili ne.
