Located just off Main Street, this American diner, which had been closed for several years, is back in Las Cruces, much to the delight of locals. The green chile and bacon quiche is one of their iconic dishes. So get there early to get a slice. The food is truly delicious, in a retro-modern 1950s environment, all colored in black and red. And for the price, the portions never disappoint! Even the hot dogs are huge. We highly recommend it. What's more, its location is very accessible.
