Museum with a beautiful collection of different colors and sizes
Part art gallery, part natural history museum, New Mexico State University's Zuhl Museum houses a collection of over 1,800 magnificent specimens of petrified wood, fossils and minerals. It's a superb address for all geology enthusiasts. You can also discover more treasures at the Zuhl Library. Among the fossils are invertebrates and vertebrates, including trilobites, ammonites, insects, fish, mammals, reptiles and dinosaurs.
