GOLD COUNTRY ROASTERS

Located one street after Main Street, this family roasting business and small local coffee shop offers coffee, espresso, tea, cellar, hot chocolate as well as fresh fruit juices and smoothies. Elected in 2017 and 2018 as the best coffee from Mother Lode, the most productive Gold Country region, also known as Mother Lode Belt because it forms a belt around Amador, Tuolumne and Calaveras counties. The coffee is ground in a completely traditional way behind the main part, allowing us to observe, through the glass, the roasting of the coffee thanks to their machine called Roxy. The pastries are homemade. Taste the scones, order a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the small outdoor terrace.
