RÍO AZUL
A charming café-bar-restaurant, set up with little money by Juan Sebastián (Juancho), who started cooking when he learned that he was going to be a father of a certain Azul, who gave his name to the establishment. It is a pleasant place to eat, either inside or on the terrace, with local dishes and some fusion touches. The specialty is trout prepared with all kinds of sauces, but you can also find chicken (no red meat) and vegetarian dishes on the menu. Everything is fresh and prepared with love, in an eco-friendly spirit. A good address.
