One of Lagos' institutions, renowned for its excellent cuisine and lively nights by the pool from Thursday evening. The menu offers a contemporary American cuisine, with some French touches and in particular the art of vacuum cooking: Italian burrata, tempura shrimp, mushroom risotto, meat pieces (rib-eye or 250 g fillet), quinoa salad or half-cooked chocolate. The chef changes every year and the very corporate clientele during the week becomes festive on weekends. Inside, a subdued, chic, sober and intimate atmosphere with a low coffered ceiling that nevertheless makes the atmosphere a little noisy while the pretty outdoor terrace hosts some high tables with bar chairs. The elegant interior bar does not lie: the cocktails are excellent!
