THAI THAI
After passing the filthy stairwell and the ordinary building, you enter a cosy little apartment transformed into a restaurant. Some wooden tables and benches, green plants and paintings by local artists on the walls (Thai Thai belongs to a collective that also owns an art gallery). The cuisine is very popular with regulars, with a menu of multiple flavours combining coconut milk, basil, coriander, sesame and various fruits. The Massaman curry and the pad thai are excellent, even if the whole thing is sometimes a little too sweet. Very good cocktails.
