Salma's is the flagship of Lebanese Lagossian gastronomy. Everything is fragrant, tasty and subtle: let yourself be tempted by the very wide variety of mezzés, cold or hot, by the melting grills (meats like fish) or surprising salads. Be careful, however, the bill rises quickly as the tasting progresses! Also sandwiches and some desserts. Sophisticated, slightly sanitized setting, with indoor tables and a smoking outdoor veranda.
