This very good meat table deserves to be better known... and a little more frequented (the atmosphere is sometimes desert). In a classic and confidential setting at the professional service, you are served hot brioche rolls to wait for your meal. The menu, which apart from a few simple dishes is expensive, claims quality meat, imported from South Africa and guaranteed 100% beef. These are indeed excellent and the cooking - which you are asked to specify beforehand - is successful. The other dishes are all equally delicate, including vodka penne and chocolate fondant.
