Little hidden nugget of Yaba! Hidden in the tree-lined courtyard of a private house, nothing suggests this pancakes counter with a few wooden tables! Minute and soft pancakes, served with eggs, sausages or vegetables and of course traditional syrup, which is not maple, but a honey-like mix. Also a vegan version and pancakes with chocolate, ice cream or fruit. A student atmosphere animated by the laughter of the cooks who escape from the tiny kitchen. No interior space, but the tables are sheltered. Prices that defy all competition and gently remind us how much the islands are an expensive bubble, disconnected from the country.
