Opened in 2016 by Lou Baker, a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Craft Gourmet has developed around the concept of an open kitchen bistro. And it is indeed one of the particularities of the place - in addition to offering a very good table - you can observe the cooks in the oven. Lou has picked his recipes from his mother (so take a look at the Mum's cake or the 7 o'clock leg of lamb), aunts and friends for "comfort food" recipes. Very good place for Sunday brunch, but don't forget to book.
