The Bolivar is a perfect illustration of the rising importance of Lekki's districts in the lagoon night: energy, creativity, aesthetics and quality gathered in an open-air bar overlooking the lagoon. A few hammocks, wooden huts, small temporary art exhibitions... the establishment boasts a Caribbean and rustic atmosphere. If the attendance is rather high, the addition is very reasonable: the dishes offered are limited to fries - medium - and grilled - successful - as well as a classic drinks menu.
