At the top of the Twin Waters complex, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the Lagos skyline at The View, the end of the Eko Atlantic neighbourhood under construction and the ocean of course, and its powerful waves breaking four stories below. The cocktails are a little too sweet and the snacks a little too fat, but what wouldn't we do for this breath of sea air? Ruffed Nigerian clientele.
