LANDMARK BEACH

Opened in April 2019, Landmark Beach is the cleanest and most exclusive private beach accessible from the islands. The ideal compromise for those who want to keep their feet in the water while avoiding crowds and boat crossings, or long car journeys. All white and blue, the beach offers an original view of the pier that ends the new district of Eko Atlantic - the future African Dubai - a polder won on the still almost virgin sea. Thanks to this artificial barrier, the waters of Landmark Beach are calm, like a lagoon where the sepia-coloured wreckage of a beached boat recalls the past violence of the ocean. The imported white sand is exquisitely fine, and the sails of a few kite-surfers take advantage of the sea breeze while jet skis venture to the uninhabited beach on the opposite shore.
