Ayant constaté une fuite, j'ai été contraint de changer un chauffe-eau que les Ets Brunn avaient posé quelques années auparavant. N'ayant pas donné suite à un devis abusivement élevé, la société Brunn m'a facturé un déplacement, alors que ce plombier n'a effectué aucune réparation.
J'ai payé mais j'ai trouvé abusive cette façon de procéder.
