Charlotte and Nicolas welcome you very warmly in their sublime little inn where modern decoration blends with the charm of the old with stained glass and sublime woodwork. Here, the menu changes very often according to the seasons (as the name of the Inn indicates) and they reveal beautiful plates, perfectly prepared, with regional flavors revisited with brio. Fischschnackas of lake and fish broth, cabbage stuffed with winter vegetables and roasted onion juice and to finish, panna cotta with sage and mango coulis. Here, we re-ga-ga!
