Charlotte and Nicolas welcome you very warmly in their sublime little inn where modern decoration blends with the charm of the old with stained glass and sublime woodwork. Here, the menu changes very often according to the seasons (as the name of the Inn indicates) and they reveal beautiful plates, perfectly prepared, with regional flavors revisited with brio. Fischschnackas of lake and fish broth, cabbage stuffed with winter vegetables and roasted onion juice and to finish, panna cotta with sage and mango coulis. Here, we re-ga-ga!

Maître Restaurateur. Open Saturday to Tuesday for lunch and dinner; Wednesday lunch; Friday dinner. Reservations recommended. Children's menu: €12. Lunch menu: €18/entrée+main course or main course+dessert, €26/entrée+main course+dessert. Wine by the glass. Evening and Sunday lunch menus: 25 €/1 course, 34 €/2 courses, 45 €/3 courses. Groups welcome. Baby chairs available. Terrace.
Owner's Message
The Auberge aux 4 Saisons is a modern and warm restaurant which combines with finesse the products of the Alsatian soil with current sensitivities. We welcome our 30 guests at lunchtime with a choice of bistronomic dishes, and in the evening with a nice short menu that is frequently renewed, guaranteeing freshness and seasonality.
We offer organic wines by the glass and by the bottle, with a special emphasis on Alsace and the various French vineyards.
