La Part des Anges, Réunion's first fruit distillery, offers a wide range of eaux-de-vie, rums and liqueurs made from local fruit. The fruit used comes from agricultural cooperatives and orchards certified organic or working under sustainable agriculture. The distillery takes pride in the quality of its products, working exclusively with the "cœur de chauffe" and using the spontaneous natural fermentation method.
