Dishes based on goat or lamb meat, cooked in the oven in traditional pottery, make the reputation of the house. Yannis and his daughter Emanuela continue 60 years of family tradition. Especially on Sundays, when a goat is sacrificed, baked whole in the oven and then divided into 50 portions, not one more. First come, first served, so every weekend there is a rush at the tavern. Another specialty is empouriano, a sophisticated dessert combining puff pastry, vanilla mousse and caramelized almonds.

Un peu moins simple et même carrément sophistiqué, le dessert embourios, une sorte de mille feuille incroyablement bon et à ma connaissance unique .
J'oubliais presque de vous parler de la vue et de la terrasse, pleine mer mousaillon, vue panoramique sur la baie d'adamantas et la splendide caldeira de milos.
