This place is fantastic. Nestled between the mountains and the sea, the views and ambiance are gorgeous 360 degrees. Very cozy, but also well equipped with all necessary conveniences. My stay involved beautiful sunny days and inclement weather too, and this little hotel was comfortable under all conditions (I even got a lot of work done one rainy day). The location is super convenient. Also, the owners are very friendly and attentive.

Great little hidden gem.
Thoughtfully designed, super clean and beautiful little boutique hotel .
Shared kitchen is well equipped, hot shower and comfortable beds.
Owner is super friendly and helpful, also they have high voltage charging stations for EV which was super helpful to us.
Will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful facility in a lovely location. Before our arrival the management was extremely helpful since we are only English speaking. Their advice and recommendations made our stay on the Îles de la Madeleine more enjoyable. When we missed the first night of our reservation because of Hurricane Lee and the cancelled ferry they even refunded our payment for that night. I would call this more a hostel than a hotel since it consists of four private but sparse bedrooms, with bathrooms, and one common area. The common area contains a full kitchen, dining area, and comfy sitting/lounging area with breathtaking views toward the sea. We spent a lot of time enjoying this part of the facility. Unfortunately, our room did not work well for us. It’s difficult to tell from the photos on the website but the mattresses are placed on a platform that is built all across the room on one side. In our room, with two mattresses, this meant we had to step/crawl onto and off of this platform (perhaps 35 centimeters high) to get into and out of bed. When you are in bed it is the same as if the mattress is simply on the floor (photo enclosed). This might work fine for some people but for others it could prove difficult and dangerous. There is also no comfortable place to sit in the rooms since there are only two simple stools. On the other hand this forces you to use the common area which, again, is so very nice. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, the bathroom and shower is beautifully designed, but the mattresses on these platforms seem like an accident waiting to happen to me. The two rooms with the single mattresses at least allow you to approach the mattress from the side and they would have been a better choice if available. This design feature should perhaps be made more clear.
