In the center of Arvier, below the hotel of the same name, you'll find the Cantina du Clou, a restaurant with a large dining room that doubles as a wine bar. The cuisine is very typical and refined: specialties include various cuts of beef, wood-fired raclette, foie gras, several types of risotto and desserts prepared with great care. An excellent wine list, with choices by the glass, from Valle d'Aosta as well as from the best Italian and French producers. Pleasant terrace.

eccezionale scoperta, un locale veramente incantevole e piatti deliziosi
abbinamenti particolari e molto bilanciati. sala accogliente, elegante e che ti fa sentire in montagna.
personale di una gentilezza rara, che ti vizia con omaggi della casa nell’attesa della portata ordinata.
antipasto con affettati tipici super approvato, l’abbinamento con il pane fatto in casa eccezionale (quello al cacao top). abbiamo poi provato il carnè di cervo caratterizzato da un gusto emozionante, una salsa alla mora avvolgente, in conclusione piatto allucinante. per concludere abbiamo ordinato due deliziosi dessert, sebbene abbiano azzardato il tortino aromatizzato al tabacco era un po’ troppo forte. per come abbiamo mangiato abbiamo speso veramente poco, TOP da tornare!
