Welcoming hotel in a quiet lane towards the sea with clean and pleasant rooms.

At the back of the port, this small French-speaking hotel has a handful of rooms located in a rather quiet alleyway in Gialos, which leads to the sea. With good advice, and always ready to inform you about Symi, Nicolas is a perfect host, friendly and attentive. Breakfast is particularly remarkable, ideal for a good start to the day. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, although simple and without fuss. Impeccable cleanliness, ideal location and the feeling of being very well received are the major assets of this small establishment.

The Albatros Hotel is comfortably located close to the harbour. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast glorious. It never happened to me to make a friend after only five days. Nikos is truly the perfect host and a splendid person.

Decisamente meritata la pluriennale presenza dell'”Albatros” sulla Lonely Planet! Nicolas, il proprietatrio, padre greco e madre francese, ha creato un connubio tra le atmosfere elleniche e i colori provenzali rendendo l'ambiente pieno di atmosfera e suggestione. Camere pulitissime per merito di Natasha, presenza silenziosa ed efficiente. Che dire poi delle colazioni? Di una varietà e abbondanza da far invidia ad altre strutture più titolate. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This place made our trip to Symi so memorable. Nicolas was a fabulous host and the small hotel was simple but tasteful and lovely, just a one minute walk to the port where we caught our boat each day. Breakfast was fabulous too. We would love to come back.
