In Vankleek Hill, east of the capital, Beau's has made a name for itself with its LUG-TREAD beer made from spring water and organic malt and hops. There are many other regular and seasonal beers, as well as completely amazing limited and experimental editions. Small gourmet menu offered on Fridays and Saturdays. Not to be missed: the various festivities organised on the brewery site (Oktoberfest, Winter Carnival, etc.).
