On the road to Lonquimay (jump on a bus, they're frequent in that direction), here's a very nice address, much appreciated by travelers, run by a Swiss-Chilean couple. The setting is rustic and comfortable, and the hearty breakfasts are particularly appreciated. The à la carte menu features the restaurant's Swiss specialties (fondue, raclette...), which are very comforting on winter evenings! A wide range of activities is available, including transport to the park and/or thermal baths, massages, trekking or horseback riding for half a day or several days.
