In the district of Bas-Sassandra, Soubré is a small, quiet town on the banks of the Sassandra River. This river fully justifies the presence of the hydroelectric dam. At lunchtime, we meet with Noëlle who presides over the Supreme Court. She is the one who gives justice to the hungry of the area or of passage, with some classic dishes of the country: chicken, sheep, goats, beef, the whole accompanied by sauce seed, gombo of eggplants and leaves. Grills in the evening and only on order. Just across from the Sainte-Marie clinic.
