Port with a ruined neoclassical building and a museum tracing the history of mining and the various minerals of Serifos.
It preserves the ruined neo-classical building that housed the offices of the Mining Company. Further on, the remains of a loading bridge can be seen where precious metals were shipped to Europe when the mines were still operating at full capacity. Since then, part of the bridge has collapsed and only the section you can still see remains. You will also find a museum that retraces the mining history of the area and presents the different minerals that were mined in Serifos.
