Since it was founded in 1928 by Antoni Salgot, this farm has been producing high quality artisanal sausages in the privileged setting of the Montseny and the Vic plain. A guided tour allows you to discover its installations, and more particularly its pig breeding, with a tasting of the products (you can still salivate!). Possibility to buy the products at the end of the visit. The farm, with its focus on ecology and animal welfare, is run by enthusiasts, founders of the "Clúster Gourmet de Catalunya", a business association whose aim is to promote Catalan gourmet products.
