Beautiful trail marked with signs, suitable for walking or driving
On foot : a beautiful signposted path from the Cánoves information centre leads to the Pantà de Vallforners, an artificial reservoir nestled at the foot of the Montseny hills. First join the stream, which you will cross several times during the walk. Cross banana plantations, fir, oak and pine forests. Once you reach the reservoir site, enjoy the magic of the place, then turn back. On the road, observe the ruins of the Cànoves castle and the Roc Fiter, a monumental rock. Family itinerary, shady. Duration: approx. 1h15 to the reservoir.
By car : follow the signs to the Vallforners embassy (reservoir), then leave your car at the second car park (if there is space, otherwise the first car park is rarely full, but you have to walk another 1.7 km), then continue on foot for a few minutes to the reservoir. Attention, paid parking on Saturdays and public holidays (a priori, 5 €).
