Humble building of Romanesque origin with a single nave with 4 side chapels and a semi-circular apse
The village of Cànoves flourished around the church of Sant Muç, a humble building of Romanesque origin. It has a single nave covered with a barrel vault, flanked by four side chapels (added in the 16th century) and finished with a semicircular apse. A high square bell tower (completed in 1629) dominates the structure. Like most of the churches in the Vallès Oriental, it has been transformed many times over the centuries.
