Church with 2 gothic chapels preserving its primitive architecture and its baptismal font from the Romanesque period
Consecrated in 1144, the church of Sant Cristòfol de Fogars was rebuilt in the 17th century. It has preserved its original architecture, with a Romanesque apse that was moved and installed in 1639 as an extension of the current nave. Its granite baptismal font, of simple appearance, is also dated to the Romanesque period. The two Gothic chapels on either side of the church were added in the 16th century.
