ESGLÉSIA DE SANT VICENÇ DE GUALBA
Church with a Gothic altarpiece, in the historical center of Gualba, preserving its original architecture
Consecrated in 1099 by Berenguer, bishop of Barcelona and abbot of Sant Cugat de Vallès, the church of Saint Vincent is located in the historic centre of Gualba. In the 15th century, it was completely transformed, with the addition of two side chapels and a bell tower with high openings. It preserves a Romanesque façade and apse from its primitive architecture. The 15th century Gothic altarpiece is one of its most outstanding pieces of furniture.
