Cylindrical tower made of granite stone, 412 m high, transformed into a hunting lodge, used as a watchtower
The Torrassa or "Torre del Moro" is a cylindrical tower made of granite stone that preserves a base from the Roman period and a body from the medieval period. It was used as a watchtower from its 412-metre height. It fell into ruin and was bought in 1906 and transformed into a hunting lodge. A wooden staircase gave access to the roof from which one could admire the panoramic view of the Vallès Oriental and even a small piece of sea. A chiringuito here offers breakfast and butifarra sandwiches on the heights (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Great!
