Restaurant with terrace and view in Gourdon offering modernized traditional cuisine
The Auberge de Gourdon is a must in the heart of a picturesque village. Its terrace offers an exceptional view of the green hills of southern Burgundy. Thomas Paquis, who took over the reins of the restaurant where he started out, offers local produce cooked with modern flair, and takes particular pleasure in revisiting classic desserts. The Charolais meat comes from village-raised beef. We really like the charm and thatched cottage atmosphere of this former presbytery, which offers a change of scenery and gastronomic pleasures.
