This winery is part of the DO Alella and is committed to the preservation of the local wine heritage, and more specifically, to the expansion of the cultivation of pansa blanca, the most represented indigenous grape variety of the DO Alella. It flourishes in the middle of vineyards and green pine forests, within the park of the Catalan coastal cordillera. The modern and innovative bodega resumed its activities at the beginning of the 80s: the grapes are harvested by hand, pressed whole and at a low temperature, in order to preserve all the properties of the fruit.
