Catalan custom ideal for making decorations with figurines in Parets del Vallès
Pessebre is a Catalan tradition that takes place at Christmas. In Parets del Vallès, this custom takes on a special significance, as the largest monumental table-top crib in Catalonia is set up there every year (it even entered the Catalan Book of Records in 1996!). A small group of enthusiasts, members of the Agrupació Pessebrista de Parets, have been working for almost a year to create the sets, which will be unveiled to the public at the beginning of December and will remain accessible until 2 February, when the crib will be dismantled. A must see!
