Within the walls of an old textile factory, the Fàbrica Vella, here is a very pleasant table to try the local gastronomy: cream of parsnip, beans and wild boar sausage, cod in orange sauce, pork loin with onions and cream of sheep's cheese, beef from Can Subirats with apples and chard... The menus are woven through the seasons with products from km 0, most of them organic. A tasting menu is composed every month. In short: a cuisine that smells of the land!
