To experience the ama diver experience up close, you have to go to Ama Hut Hachiman Kamado. Located in the charming village of Osatsu, facing the sea, this picturesque restaurant allows visitors to experience a privileged moment with the ama around the grill. Depending on the season, it is possible to taste ise-ebi, small lobsters with very tender flesh. One can taste the sazae no tsuboyaki, a kind of turbo from the region, cooked directly in its shell. The setting, in a wooden hut, facing the horizon, brings the final touch to the experience.
