This establishment, located in a very beautiful house with a massive frame, has been serving the local population for decades a Dengaku kitchen. Originally from China, this cuisine was passed down from the Heian era. It consists of cooking tofu on skewers. The miso, delicately combed over the tofu, brings a very special taste note. As this restaurant is renowned in the region, the tables are taken by storm by a clientele of regulars. You can see the open kitchen with dozens of tofu in preparation cooking on the grill.
