It's a shop, a museum and a workshop at the same time. His theme? Kumihimo, the Japanese style of braiding that allows to create strings and ribbons. This traditional technique, which appeared at the end of the 14th century, was used for costumes and masks in Noh theatre. It consists of assembling threads in a particular order in order to create the desired final shape. If the visitor wishes, he can try his hand at a Kumihimo (¥1,100) creation on the spot.
