There are many advantages to stay here. First the shukubō are superb, with a view of a Zen garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Then you will meet an extraordinary Shingon Buddhist loan, in the person of Kurt Kubli Genso. You can even attend a small morning at a fire ceremony, ō-tsunome, in the whole new temple.
